Job Description

RUSH Hair & Beauty is currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused part-time Front of House to join our team in Croydon. As our Front of House, you will be an important member of our salon, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients.


Full time (4 days per week) including weekends.


Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, assisting with booking appointments, managing the salon's schedule, answering phone calls and emails, and handling client inquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised reception area, as well as supporting the salon team with administrative tasks.

Requirements



Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role, preferably in a salon or beauty spa. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle various administrative tasks. Strong organizational and time management skills. Friendly and welcoming personality. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with booking systems is advantageous. Professional appearance and demeanor.
