The Role
As Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of front of house operations. You'll be responsible for guest relations, supporting service standards, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising front of house staff and daily operations
Providing excellent guest care and resolving issues professionally
Assisting with check-ins, reservations, and enquiries
Supporting bar, restaurant, and event service as needed
Leading by example to motivate and support the team
About You
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is strongly recommended
Confident in managing people and situations in a professional manner
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Flexible and proactive with a positive approach
Able to live and work in a rural location
