Our new Turkish restaurant and shisha lounge offer a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy quality food, drinks, and entertainment. We're currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff, including waiters and waitresses, to join our vibrant team.

As a Waiter/Waitress at Bosphorus, you will be the face of our restaurant and lounge, helping to create a memorable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting guests, guiding them through our menu, taking orders, and delivering exceptional service throughout their visit. We're looking for individuals who enjoy making people smile, have a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant Introduce guests to the menu and announce daily specials Answer questions and assist guests in making informed decisions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing Take customers' food and drink orders Serve food and drinks to customers promptly and efficiently Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and offer additional drink service as needed Remove used dishes and glasses from tables Process payments (cash and credit card) and return change if necessary Set up tables between dining experiences to ensure readiness for the next guests Stay up to date with menu items, specials, and restaurant information Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude

Skills and Qualifications:

No formal education required Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Previous hospitality experience (1 year required)

Hours:

Full-time or part-time positions available (16-40 hours per week) Flexible shifts including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts Day, night, and weekend availability

Pay Rate:

Based on experience and skill level Additional tips available
