Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and valued. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, from assisting with food preparation to providing outstanding customer service.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are noted. Provide information about menu items, including daily specials, and upsell where appropriate. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and waiting areas. Assist in food preparation as required, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Handle cash transactions and perform basic maths for billing purposes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Make hot and cold beverages

Skills

Strong guest services skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Basic maths skills for handling payments and billing accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience in culinary or kitchen environments is advantageous but not essential. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive guest experience.
