Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service

- Uphold food safety standards and hygiene practices at all times

- Assist in catering orders, food preparation, and bartending tasks as needed

Experience:

- Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments is advantageous

- Knowledge of food safety protocols and practices is a plus

- Familiarity with bartending duties and food preparation techniques is beneficial

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach

- Experience with front end operations or customer service roles is desirable
