'Puffin' Rooms' is a bar and restaurant looking for enigmatic new staff to join our team

Front of House

Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including checkout lanes and entrance/exit areas
- Restock merchandise as needed to ensure availability for customers
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, bartending, or the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety regulations is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns or issues
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Hours - 20-25 per week over 7 days
