We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff/ Kitchen staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our kitchen operations. This position requires a passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and preparation.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist with food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Support kitchen staff with culinary tasks, including cooking and plating dishes as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist in catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is advantageous.
A background in culinary arts or cooking is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of meal preparation techniques.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility in working hours will contribute to your success in this role.
