Job Description

We are looking for a runner to progress into a front of house Staff that have a passion for delivering excellent customer service whilst also being flexible and a jack of all trades, able to fulfil multiple roles within the restaurant.

Front of House Staff responsibilities:



Welcoming customers, introducing menus and dishes Taking orders and delivering them in a timely manner Adhering to food and health standards Making cocktails, coffee and drinks Washing small dishes,cutlery and glassware Carrying dishes up and down to and from the kitchen Identify special dietary needs Processing payments Working closely with other team members to ensure the smooth running of restaurant/bar/cafe Organising and cleaning the restaurant and bar

Favourable skills and experience:



Ability to speak Italian Experience as a waiter/waitress Experience as a bartender Sociable, friendly and passionate to speak with guests Ability to micro-manage tasks.
