Responsibilities



Creating a five star experience as the first point of contact, meeting and greeting visitors, members & guests To have full knowledge of the services and products Ruskin has to offer and actively promoting and selling across all areas of the business Welcoming guests, visitors and members and taking care of them during their visit Providing guests & members with tours and orientation of the facilities To grow sales Ensure the timely, professional and accurate management of customer communication through email, telephone & social media Professional handling of enquiries and making spa, event & fitness bookings Accurately maintain and update member management, event management & spa booking systems Administrative tasks to ensure smooth front of house operations Preparing and serving refreshments

Skills and Experience



A great attitude and a friendly manner A minimum of 2 years customer service experience, ideally in a luxury spa, hospitality or fitness environment Highly self-motivated with initiative and genuine interest in guest satisfaction Personable Attention to detail Written and verbal communication skills Outstanding time management and organisation skills Problem solving skills, innovative thinking & initiative Strong team working skills and enjoying working in a team environment Willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast moving environment Excellent IT skills

Candidates must be available to work across all of our hours from 6am - 9pm weekdays & 7.30am - 7:30pm weekends.



Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
