Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and have experience in catering, serving, and food preparation.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as required, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain the cleanliness of the front of house area, including dining tables, counters, and service areas. Uphold company policies regarding health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Experience in catering or serving roles would be advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 12.25-18.00 per hour
