We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team at London Nail Salon. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Your role will involve various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, making it essential for you to possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Assist in drink preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the salon including the front of house area, tables, service stations, pedicure room, washroom and stockroom.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with nail technicians to ensure timely service and quality control.
Assist with social media posts online throughout the day.
Answer customer queries promptly via phone call & social media.
Prepare Service stations for staff when clients arrive.
Restocking anything required in the salon on a daily and non-daily basis.
Ability to use your initiative effectively .
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or service settings is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of health and safety practices is advantageous.
Strong communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
A willingness to assist in various roles within the establishment as needed.
Ability to deal with complaints efficiently and effectively.
