Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their experience is enjoyable from start to finish. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be responsible for various duties that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, whether it be in a restaurant, catering setting, or bar environment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing excellent hospitality throughout their visit. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Take orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Serve food and beverages while maintaining a high level of customer service. Handle payments and manage cash registers responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, or catering space. Assist in setting up and breaking down events or functions as required. Provide support in bartending duties when necessary, ensuring compliance with licensing laws. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests. Bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
