We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm welcome.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
Handle guest enquiries professionally.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service flow.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety practices and basic culinary skills are advantageous.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.
