We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Train and mentor staff members to provide excellent service and maintain a positive work environment
- Create and maintain schedules for employees
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff on all customer feedback to enable us to build, progress and move forwards.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Restaurant supervisor is required
- Strong knowledge of food, drinks and restaurant operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
