Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take and process orders accurately, ensuring all dietary needs are accommodated. Assist in menu planning and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food handling and service. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring all aspects of service meet our high standards. Provide support during busy periods, including serving food and beverages efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in fine dining or restaurant settings. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including cooking, knife skills, and meal preparation. Familiarity with dietary department practices or experience as a dietary aide is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety protocols and best practices for handling food. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A passion for culinary arts and customer service, with the ability to engage positively with guests. Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37 per week
