FRYER CHEF
You will be required to work as part of a team within our kitchen, therefore you should be able to work well with others, have a helpful attitude and be willing to take instruction.
Cooking food for service during busy times.
You will ensure all dishes are cooked to high standards whilst being delivered at speed.
Review all cooking and preparation processes to improve our service and quality.
Ensuring safe and practical storage of food items for different restaurants.
You will have a good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety.
Safe operation of food preparation equipment.
Assisting others where additional help is required for bulk output.
Cleaning and good housekeeping in kitchen area.
Safe use of knives and storage of knives.
Recording of all necessary information for safe food processes.
Clean down of all equipment, work surfaces and floor area.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
