The Role:

The role is a combination of gift wrapping, personalising products and preparing deliveries. In addition to this the role is a mixture of practical, creative and operational tasks; you will be a natural multitasker with great attention to detail. You'll be assisting the Fulfilment Manager, Fulfilment Supervisor and the Corporate team with all kinds of production responsibilities; from monogramming notebooks and engraving hampers, to beautifully wrapping a high volume of gifts, as well as prioritising simultaneous projects.

A Day in Your Life:

Mastering all areas of personalisation including monogramming, embroidery, engraving and heat press. Helping the team to gift wrap products and package boxes and hampers demonstrating creative flair and attentiveness. Being hands-on and getting stuck in as part of a dynamic team, ready to demonstrate a range of practical skills from unpacking boxes to assisting couriers with deliveries. Impeccable eye for detail, focussed on perfecting tasks and bringing any potential errors within production to the attention of the management team. Helping across logistics and shipping, booking in, managing and tracking parcels. Helping the team fulfil all gifting requirements, including keeping the workspace organised, neat and tidy in order for all day to day tasks to run smoothly. This is a task-focused role that requires strong practical skills with an emphasis on efficiency and time management. The role demands a knack for remaining cool-headed under pressure, thriving within a team and owning independent tasks and learning. As well as being conscientious and detail oriented. We require a high level finish and flawless attention to presentation as we maintain a very high level of standards for our clients and output.

Your Experience

Adobe Suite knowledge. Previous experience using equipment such engraving, UV paint, heat press or monogramming machines. Gift wrapping experience

Salary & Benefits:

Salary

: London Living Wage (13.85 per hour)

Days

: Monday - Friday, with the option to flex up and work over the weekend during the busy Christmas period

Hours

: Monday - Friday, 32 hours per week, inclusive of a 30 minute unpaid lunch break, with the opportunity to flex up on a project basis
