Role Overview
We're looking for a versatile and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team.
You will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable web applications that support our digital platforms and internal tools.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using modern frameworks.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code using best practices.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production incidents.

Requirements:
Essential
2+ years of experience in full stack development
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
Experience with Django and MySQL
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Desirable
Exposure to mobile development (React Native)
Background in edtech or education platforms
Familiarity with other backend frameworks or CMS platforms

The hiring lead will arrange a remote call with applicants who successfully complete the test to discuss it along with the role and expectations.

those who successfully complete the test to the expected level and remote call with the hiring lead, will be invited to a face to face interview at our London Head Office (currently planned for w/c 1st September 2025)
