Location: Bromley, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone & surrounding areas
Salary: 37,000 - 39,000 based on experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our work includes custom wardrobes, kitchens, media walls, studies, and fitted furniture, crafted to the highest standards for discerning clients including interior designers, architects, private households, and main contractors.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled furniture installer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for manufacturing and installing bespoke furniture and fitted joinery on a range of small and large projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality work, excellent attention to detail, and pride in their craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture and fit bespoke joinery items including wardrobes, kitchens, studies, and media walls Read and work from technical drawings and design specifications Maintain an organised, tidy workspace both in the workshop and on-site Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues -- representing the company with courtesy and professionalism Ensure work is completed to the highest standard, on time and within project requirements
Requirements

Proven experience in bespoke cabinet making / joinery (portfolio or references required) Strong knowledge of materials, joinery techniques, and finishes Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated Well-presented and polite, with good communication skills Full UK driving licence
