Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Chef to join our team. The Commis Chef will assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Assist in all food preparation tasks under the supervision of the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
Skills:
- Experience working in a culinary environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Strong attention to detail in food production and presentation.
- Basic supervisory skills to assist in overseeing kitchen operations.
