As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes, managing kitchen operations, and leading a team of kitchen staff to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Duties
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards.
Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety practices.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Assist in the preparation of meals during peak hours to support team efforts.
Evaluate the performance of kitchen staff and provide constructive feedback.
