We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our small friendly team at our busy eatery/pizzeria in a fast paced kitchen. Rolling rota will allow weekend days off. Very limited late night shifts. We have high standards with our freshly prepared food and require a chef who understands the need for good hygiene, attention to detail and a great work ethic with flexibility and able to work as a team member. Experience with hand made pizzas welcome.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety regulations.
Creativity in menu design and presentation, with a passion for culinary arts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and front-of-house staff.
A relevant culinary qualification or certification is preferred but not essential.
