If you don't know us yet, you haven't had the best wrap in Edinburgh or enjoyed our authentic Italian menu. Domenico's is a well-loved deli and restaurant at The Shore in Leith. We're busy, buzzing, and proud to have a loyal crowd of regulars who come back for great food, a friendly atmosphere, and the personal touch that makes them feel at home.

The Role

We're looking for someone who's friendly, reliable, and enjoys working in a lively environment. Our team is small and close-knit, so this role suits an all-rounder who's happy to get stuck in with everything from table service to coffee-making and helping with deli prep (sandwiches, wraps, etc.).

What You'll Do

Welcome and look after guests with excellent table service Prepare coffees, cocktails, and other drinks Help with light deli prep (wraps, sandwiches, sides) Manage bills, bookings, and payments Keep on top of cleaning and dishwashing to maintain high standards Bring energy, teamwork, and a smile every shift

What We're Looking For

Previous restaurant service experience (essential) Barista and/or food prep experience (preferred) Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and calm under pressure Good communication and fluent English Food hygiene certificate (or willingness to complete one) Flexible to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends
