We are looking for a positive , enthusiastic person to join our small team working on both sales, rental and property management. Previous experience within a similar role is preferred but not essential. The successful person will have their own vehicle for use and will be proficient in IT tasks (emails/word/excel). Ideally the successful candidate will also be familiar with social media, with the confidence to produce posts on company sites , and to assist in marketing campaigns where required. Hours of work will be between 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday, with a flexibility to work weekends if required. Duties will involve dealing with telephone and email enquiries, booking appointments, visiting properties and all other associated tasks - essential training given , with further ongoing training provided . Immediate start is available - salary is negotiable, mileage is also paid. Please provide CV.
