Previous experience necessary. 5 days a week.The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation when necessary.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests in their choices. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to kitchen standards and practices. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Maintain an organised workspace and adhere to time management practices during busy periods.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent guest services. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with knowledge of serving techniques. Understanding of food safety standards and practices is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience in kitchen or culinary environments is advantageous. Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during peak hours. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with guests.
