Full Time Commercial Property Solicitor/lawyer

Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer to join our expanding property department.
Although not essential, the ideal candidate will have experience across a broad range of commercial property matters. This includes, but is not limited to, acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, development agreements, and property finance. Experience acting for both private and corporate clients will be advantageous.
This position is based at our Elwick Road office in Ashford, just five minutes from Ashford International Station. Flexible working arrangements may be available.
We value long-standing client relationships, and many of our commercial clients have been with us for years. With that in mind, we are seeking someone with the professional and interpersonal skills to maintain and grow client relationships, while also playing an active role in developing new business in the local commercial property market.
You will be supported with training to develop your skills and expertise, with access to legal research resources.
