Essential Requirements:
Minimum
Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education
In-depth knowledge of
Birth to Five Matters
and the
Statutory EYFS Framework
Strong skills in planning and delivering EYFS curriculum activities including literacy and numeracy
Experience in
hosting parent/carer enquiries
, managing registrations, and organising events
Confident in
managing and deploying staff
, conducting
appraisals
,
supervisions
, and supporting staff development and
training
Experience in preparing
staff rotas
, overseeing
time sheets
, and managing
budgets
Excellent communication skills, with
fluent spoken and written English
Professional
telephone manner and etiquette
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong knowledge and experience in
safeguarding practices
Must hold an
Enhanced DBS
on the
Update Service
Paediatric First Aid Qualification
(in-date and recognised)
