We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating various machining tools and equipment. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for producing precision parts and components by interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Your expertise in using both manual and CNC machines will be essential in ensuring high-quality output that meets our stringent standards.

Responsibilities

Operate mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to fabricate parts according to specifications. Assemble components and ensure proper fitting and alignment of parts. Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal performance. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various machining tasks. Conduct quality checks on finished products using measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.

Skills

Proficient in using milling machines, lathes, and other machining equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex technical drawings. Familiarity with tooling techniques and the use of hand tools and power tools. Basic maths skills for precise measurements and calculations. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
