The Role
This is a varied, hands-on, and public-facing role with responsibility across sales, account management, and operations. Duties include:
Working closely with the
Directors
to support and achieve company-wide sales targets
Acting as an
additional representative and trusted point of contact
for the business
Managing and maintaining your
own portfolio of customer accounts
Proactively
chasing leads, following up enquiries, and converting opportunities into sales
Identifying and securing
new business opportunities
Handling customer enquiries and orders via
phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
Delivering outstanding customer service with an
excellent, professional phone manner
Managing customer relationships from initial enquiry through to
order completion and delivery
Chasing customer deliveries
and ensuring deadlines are met
Ordering goods from suppliers
and liaising with them to meet customer requirements
Assisting customers
face-to-face
in the showroom
Creating and editing customer logo artwork for personalised products using
Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite
Representing the company at events or trade activities
when required
Supporting day-to-day office operations and completing ad hoc duties as required
Full training will be provided.
Skills & Experience Required
Must be fluent in English
with strong written and spoken communication skills.
Background in
sales, account management, or customer service
Confident, approachable, and professional phone manner
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Excellent computer skills, including
Photoshop / Adobe
(essential or strong advantage)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to think on your feet, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards company targets
Interest in
sport, awards, competitions, or achievements
is a strong advantage
Working Hours
Full-time, office-based position
Hours:
9:00am - 5:00pm

30-minute lunch break
Overtime may be required during busy seasonal periods
