Job Description

TMC Garden Buildings is a company that specialises in selling Garden Buildings, Log Cabins, and Garden Offices based at Roxton Garden Centre, and we are looking for a highly motivated salesperson to join our team. The Start date for this position will be January.

Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering calls and communicating effectively with customers.

- Manage customer inquiries and requests and help close sales

- Prepare and process sales orders and invoices.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

- Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Basic computer skills are required, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and email usage.

- Assist with the logistics manager

- Time management and organisational skills

- Open and secure the site as required.

- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the premises, maintaining well-kept show buildings.

- Availability to work 5 days a week, flexible with some weekend working requirements.

Job share with a part-time salesperson.
