TMC Garden Buildings is a company that specialises in selling Garden Buildings, Log Cabins, and Garden Offices. We are looking for a highly motivated part-time salesperson to join our team, based at Roxton Garden Centre. This position will be job-sharing with the full-time salesperson, including covering holidays and working weekends.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering calls and communicating effectively with customers.
- Manage customer inquiries and requests and close sales
- Prepare and process sales orders and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Basic computer skills are required, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and email usage.
- Time management and organisational skills
- Open and secure the site as required.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the premises, maintaining well-kept show buildings.
- Availability to work 2-4 days a week, including weekends.
- Job share with the full-time salesperson.
