We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and helping customers to access the compensation they are due. This role requires excellent communication and closing skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
Utilise our Customer Relationship Management System to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Communicate clearly and persuasively with potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing approaches.
Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Qualifications
Previous experience on the telephone or in sales is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Proficient in English
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques in sales and customer engagement.
