About the Role:

- Oversee daily operations of the butchers' counter

- Lead, train, and develop the Butcher Counter team

- Ensure products meet quality standards and are attractively presented

- Deliver exceptional customer service and expert advice

- Maintain strict hygiene and safety compliance

- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering

- Uphold the reputation of our premium meat selection

Ideal Candidate:

- Fully qualified butcher with City & Guilds or equivalent certification

- Proven leadership experience in a retail or butchery environment

- Excellent knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and food safety standards

- Strong communication and customer-focused skills

- Passionate about quality products and team development
