Responsibilities

Engage with customers in face-to-face interactions. Provide information and answer questions about our charity partners. Help customers make informed decisions about supporting campaigns. Collaborate with your team to achieve fundraising and engagement targets. Continuously learn about new campaigns and sales techniques to improve performance.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English. Confidence to engage with customers face-to-face. No prior sales or fundraising experience required --

full training provided.

Enthusiasm for learning and self-development. Positive, friendly attitude and excellent people skills. Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
