Building relationships with donors, local corporates, and community allies
Creating supporter journeys and basic CRM systems for donor stewardship
Providing regular reporting and insight to support board-level decisions
We are looking for someone who is:
An excellent communicator, able to build trust with funders and donors
Skilled in fundraising strategy, trust writing, or individual giving
Digital-literate and comfortable with CRM tools (we use HubSpot + GHL)
Comfortable working independently in a small, collaborative team
Passionate about inclusion, equity, and creating a lasting social legacy
