Fundraising & Engagement Officer

Permanent or Freelance - 15 hrs/wk (flexible days/times)

FTE 26,000 per annum/Pro-Rata

The Harmony Centre?is an independent charity?offering facilitated and peer support for?people living with or affected by mental ill health in?West Dorset.?We?work from the perspective of co-production and recovery?in all that we do.

The Harmony Centre is a growing and thriving charity which has an ambitious business plan and we are recruiting for this post to contribute towards the realisation of it's aims.

The Role:

The key objective is to work with the CEO, Team Leaders and Trustees to ensure that fundraising objectives and targets are achieved in line with the charity's strategic objectives. To also create engaging and relevant marketing campaigns to raise awareness in the community.

The postholder will be responsible for:

Assisting with fundraising activities and bids with the CEO and Trustees Research relevant Bids and Grants available and match criteria to projects Liaising with other Dorset support providers for collaborative campaigns Work with the CEO and Team Leaders to create community awareness Helping with events and promotional activities where possible.
