Location: Remote (US, UK and EU)

About the role

The LMS Administrator holds a key role in the effective oversight, upkeep, and enhancement of the Client\xe2\x80\x99s Learning Management System, guaranteeing a smooth and streamlined learning environment for the Client\'s learning team. They will actively contribute to the development of eLearning courses and serve as the main point of contact for addressing learner and system issues. Offering proficiency in LMS training, they will guide both new and existing team members and trainers in utilizing the LMS as administrators. Additionally, the LMS Administrator will be responsible for establishing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine optimal methods for delivering training through the LMS.

This role is virtual and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

The LMS Administrator will:

  • Be accountable for completing all operational and administrative activities associated with the LMS (i.e. building complex curriculums and programs, learner plans, assessment maintenance, enrollment, feature configuration, UX styling, waitlist management, training completion documentation, data entry, troubleshooting, reporting) following good documentation practices
  • Provide customer support, ticketing, and issue resolution
  • Assist with assessing training needs for a Client\xe2\x80\x99s business group SMEs/authors
  • Work with management to improve the L&D\xe2\x80\x99s business processes and control documentation
  • Support all internal and business audits; support structured and consistent compliance requirements for their quality assurance system(s)
  • Act as a liaison between IT and the business for software and related processes & continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain standardized metrics reporting through the identification of the client and departmental requirements/project demands
  • Create customized LMS reporting and dashboards for stakeholder review
  • Provide consultation to clients concerning best practices for setting up and managing curricula within a platform
Required Skills
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant LMS and learning industry experience
  • 3+ years of experience administering and managing Learning Management Systems such as SuccessFactors, SumTotal, Docebo, LearnUpon, Absorb, Matrix, Fuze, Schoox etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented: strong organizational, analytical/technical, written, and communication skills
  • Comfortable with data management/data manipulation
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite
