Job Description

We're excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented

Gaming Executive

to join the Tote's Marketing team. This role is a vital part of our wider strategy to deliver a first-class online gaming experience alongside our core racing product. Working closely with teams across the business, the Gaming Executive will play a key role in driving the performance and promotional delivery of our casino and games offering, all whilst maintaining our commitment to responsible gaming and regulatory compliance.

What you'll be doing:

As Gaming Executive, you will play a hands-on role in supporting the execution of the Tote's Gaming strategy, helping to bring engaging, data-driven promotional campaigns to life. You will work closely with the CRM team to plan, launch, and analyse a wide range of promotions, from Free Spins and Tournaments to seasonal and feature-based campaigns, all designed to enhance player engagement and drive acquisition and retention.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that our casino and gaming content is surfaced effectively to customers through the Games Lobby. This involves monitoring game performance, identifying promotional opportunities, and adjusting positioning to meet both commercial and customer engagement objectives. Your work will directly influence how content is experienced by players, ensuring it is always fresh, relevant, and aligned with broader marketing goals. An important part of the role includes collaborating with our internal product, compliance, and BI teams, as well as external suppliers, to coordinate the release of new games and features. You'll ensure that all content updates and marketing communications meet regulatory standards, responsible gaming guidelines, and advertising codes such as the ASA CAP codes.

In addition, you'll help monitor customer behaviour across gaming channels, providing feedback and insight to improve campaign performance. You'll also work alongside the Customer Care team to prepare for potential campaign-related queries and ensure transparency around planned promotions, helping to manage support volumes during high-traffic periods. Ultimately, this is a multifaceted role that blends creativity, operational execution, and data-driven decision-making, with opportunities to take ownership of key initiatives that impact the Tote's gaming performance and customer experience.

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual who understands the dynamics of the iGaming industry and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should have a solid grasp of online gaming or digital marketing, with a genuine interest in casino games and customer engagement strategies.

You'll need to be confident working with data, able to independently analyse performance metrics, and draw meaningful insights to support your decisions. Proficiency with Excel is essential, and experience using analytical tools or working alongside BI or CRM teams will be highly beneficial. You should be able to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key to this role, as you'll be regularly working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers. A structured, logical approach to problem-solving is also important, along with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work.

Experience in a regulated industry, particularly within online gambling, would be advantageous. Familiarity with the principles of responsible gaming, digital advertising legislation, and promotional compliance is highly desirable. Additional experience in campaign planning, customer segmentation, or knowledge of casino game mechanics would also be a plus. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build or grow their career in the online gaming sector, offering the chance to work on exciting campaigns, develop professionally, and make a meaningful impact within a well-respected and evolving brand.
