Garden Centre Plants Department Manager

Full Time - 40 Hours Per Week - Including Weekends

Horticulture Managers play an essential role in delivering customer experience across our stores - driving sales, promoting customer loyalty, providing excellent plant advice and maintaining department standards, whilst working alongside the Garden Centre manager to set a standard within our Centre.

Duties will include:

Assisting the Centre Manager to maximize sales and profit by ensuring the efficient and effective management to Company standards, of the commerciality, merchandising, replenishment, and housekeeping across the Garden Centre.

Support Centre Manager in daily H&S tasks and paperwork, ensuring Health & Safety standards are always adhered to and maintained.

Generate ideas and assist in the development of even better methods of working within the department.

Help to achieve a high standard of customer service.

Assist when needed to plan and manage key events such as Christmas, Bank Holidays and Season Centre change effectively and efficiently.

Help to achieve a high standard of customer service.

Assist with complaints and queries from staff and customers.
