Your Role

We're seeking an experienced

Garden Maintenance Supervisor

to oversee daily operations, lead a talented team, and ensure every project exceeds client expectations. This role combines hands-on gardening expertise, team leadership, and client interaction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Supervise:

Manage garden maintenance teams across South West London, ensuring top-quality results.

Hands-On Work:

Ensure excellent delivery of services like lawn care, hedge trimming, weeding, pruning, garden clean-ups, and waste disposal.

Client Consultations:

Conduct site inspections, offer expert advice, and provide clear, detailed project quotes.

Mentor and Develop:

Train, inspire, and motivate your team, upholding safety and best practices at all times.

Plan and Optimise:

Create efficient schedules and routes that maximise productivity and client satisfaction.

Project Management:

Oversee garden design and landscaping projects from concept through to completion.

Detailed Records:

Maintain accurate logs of work completed, materials used, and client communications.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

At least 3 years in a supervisory role in garden maintenance or landscaping.

Technical Know-How:

Strong knowledge of horticulture, garden equipment, and safety protocols.

Leadership Skills:

A natural motivator with the ability to guide, train, and support your team.

Client-Focused:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

Certification in horticulture or a related field is a plus.

Full UK Driving License:

Essential for traveling across South West London.

Organised Mindset:

Strong planning and record-keeping abilities.
