Duties
Lead and supervise food production operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Oversee food production to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Manage staff including hiring, training, and scheduling
Ensure compliance with SALSA and EHO food safety regulations and health & safety standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff on, menu development, and production schedule.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to uphold the organisation's reputation.
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Experience with SALSA or BRGCS.
Demonstrable leadership skills with experience in team management and staff development.
Knowledge of culinary practices, food production processes, and kitchen operations.
Experience working in food manufacturing, production or similar hospitality environments is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
