Tom Willoughby are seeking an experienced
Site Manager
to oversee the upgrade and refurbishment of 10 domestic properties at Upper Marham. This fixed-term contract offers a hands-on, rewarding opportunity to ensure the successful delivery of a key project.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating trades and subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and to specification. The role also involves monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, ensuring quality compliance and representing the business professionally on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all site operations to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the 10-property upgrade programme
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers
Ensure compliance with H&S regulations, RAMS and site protocols
Monitor programme progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions
Conduct daily site briefings, toolbox talks and quality checks
Maintain site documentation, including reports, diaries and checklists
Liaise with clients, internal teams and stakeholders
Uphold company standards of professionalism, safety and workmanship
Required Qualifications & Experience
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - essential
CSCS card - essential
First Aid at Work - essential
Full UK Driving Licence
Proven experience managing domestic refurbishment or upgrade projects
Strong understanding of construction processes, H&S and quality standards
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple trades, problem-solve and work to tight programmes
