We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on General Manager who's ready to lead from the front, inspire a young and enthusiastic team, and make our park the happiest place to bounce!

What you'll be doing:

Leading, motivating, and developing a vibrant team, creating a positive and engaging environment where everyone can thrive and grow. Delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every visitor feels welcome, safe, and has an amazing time from start to finish. Overseeing all aspects of site operations, including daily running, cash handling, reporting, KPIs, payroll, and making sure all documentation and insurances are up to date. Managing rotas and ensuring the team meets all legal and company standards, including health & safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, and customer service - with accurate records every step of the way. Taking ownership of the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing your team, with a focus on nurturing young talent and helping them reach their potential. Driving commercial performance, hitting targets, and finding new ways to grow the business and delight our customers. Handling any challenges with a positive, can-do attitude, and always looking for ways to improve the park and the team. Acting as a brand ambassador for Wonderland Play, setting the standard for professionalism, positivity, and fun.
