From sunrise coffees to late-night cocktails on the waterfront, Scotts is at the heart of Troon's social scene, and we are now looking for a General Manager to lead this iconic venue into its next exciting chapter.

The Works

As General Manager of Scotts Troon, you will take full ownership of the venue, leading with energy, inspiring your team, and delivering the outstanding service that makes Scotts a standout name in Scottish hospitality.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading, motivating and developing a large, multi-skilled team across restaurant and bar operations Ensuring exceptional standards in service, food, safety, and compliance Driving commercial performance, efficiency, and long-term growth Building a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture Upholding the Scotts brand through every guest interaction, ensuring consistency and quality at every touchpoint
