Knowledge and Skills:

Able to show initiative in approach to work Can liaise with members of the Primary Health Care Team, has effective interpersonal skills Flexible approach to work Evidence of continual development Main Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with raising and issuing repeat prescriptions Dealing with prescription enquires over the telephone, face to face or via email Dealing with patient enquires face to face Register new patients with the practice Provide medical records to Primary Care Support when patients have left the practice Deal with incoming and outgoing medical records via Primary Care Support. Dealing with patient requests for home visits by the doctor Dealing with patient telephone, email or System Connect admin queries To be flexible in approach to work and provide cover at times of holidays and sickness Any other duties you may reasonably be asked to perform from time to time
