Role: We need a generalist adviser to help people find a way forward by providing accurate, tailored and effective information and advice.



Specific requirements:


Experience delivering advice with a particular focus on benefits, and debt as well as
housing, employment, immigration, discrimination, and family issues.


Managing workloads and prioritising tasks

What you can bring to our organisation


You will also have strong IT skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively face-to-face, in writing and over the phone.



Starting salary: 24,982 - 25,741 (depending on experience)



Reports to: Team Leader



Location: Swansea Office and outreach locations throughout Neath Port Talbot.



Contract: Permanent



Hours: 37
