Growth Executive - DE



As a Growth Executive for DE, you'll take ownership of growing our presence in the German market. You'll play a key role in how we hit (and exceed) our revenue goals. This will involve challenging existing media plans, shaping local strategy, and ensuring our marketing is tailored for the German audience. You think commercially, act with initiative, and aren't afraid to question what's already in place. Working closely with our UK/IE team and our Channel Owners, you'll drive actions that grow revenue, increase customer loyalty, and attract new customers. Helping us build consistent & compelling revenue growth in Germany.


This role requires effective collaboration across Sales & Marketing Squads and in time, the wider business - specifically Supply Chain & BI Teams. You will be known for your growth mindset and your ability to visibly impact in-day performance and you will be developing into someone who can effectively handle the long-term strategic execution of commercial, digital marketing and brand strategies.

Core Responsibilities

Support in the delivery of consistent, sustainable and compelling revenue growth. Support in the management of Gross Margin to target through promo optimisation and product mix. Support in creating a compelling, robust and detailed promotional calendar that performs. Output key elements of the promotional calendar, essential for commercial services to execute. Deliver SMS and Email marketing activities in line with budgets and ROI. Manage all onsite trading & commercial levers to drive CVR, AOV and GP (WWW/YPO/Search). Deliver adherence to strategic Category and Product Portfolio whilst driving growth. Understand the dynamic of product mix, unit sales and ASP, helping to deliver growth in AOV Support and challenge the delivery of new customer numbers to target month in month out. Optimise LTV potential through managing the quality of acquisition and promotions. Executive the implementation of SEO strategies on site, PDPs, Locker Room and Content. Monitor Site CVR and Product CVR working with the Squad to understand short-term optimisations. Support digital marketing experts with compelling promotional tactics to drive optimal LTV:CAC. Support in the management of the Affiliate Marketing channel, delivering sustainable YoY growth. Support the Paid Media channels, by positively challenging performance & highlighting opportunities. Support the Influencer channel by positively challenging performance & highlighting opportunities. Surface learnings and insights and work with your peers to turn them into actions. Deliver customer-focused thinking and 'right-first-time' executions that enhance brand reputation. Adhere to and elevate Brand guidelines and values ensuring Brand standards are exceptional. Own sales run rates ensuring optimal stock management and sales to stock holding. Consistently identify growth opportunities, raise these and support in driving green lit ones home. Support in the delivery of A:R, CPA and spend mix to targets.
