Duties
Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Accurately enter data, order processing, into the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organised.
Assist in upselling services to customers by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to facilitate smooth service delivery.
Analyse customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour while handling customer complaints or issues.
Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed to enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or customer service environment is preferred.
Microsoft and Excel experience is essential
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in German languages is essential.
Ability to analyse information and make informed decisions based on data.
Excellent phone etiquette with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
