We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Twi, Ga, Fante & Ewe tutors to join the Ghanaian Language School team. This is a remote position for online classes, however occasional team meetings and one off workshops for students may take place in London, for which attendance would be required.

Our mission is to make the rich and beautiful languages and cultures of Ghana accessible to all through the development of quality products and services.

The Ghanaian Language School (GLS) was launched in 2009 after we realised the need for a professional, sustainable way for people to learn Ghanaian Languages. We currently offer online courses for adults and children.

The Role:

Your role at GLS will be to teach a language to students (adults/ children) in the UK and/or abroad via online courses.

About You:

You are an organised, open minded, forward thinking, people person looking for part-time work.

You will have a passion for the language and culture you are applying to teach, be able to read, write and speak it.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for candidates of a high standard who are willing to take responsibility for, and great pride in their work.

The successful candidate will be punctual, reliable and willing to learn. Ideally you have a background in teaching, however, training will be provided.
