We are seeking an Intern - Global Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience to join our team and help shape the employee journey, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience from onboarding to career development and beyond. This role will contribute to creating a workplace that fosters engagement, satisfaction, and supports the cultural integration of our values and behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Enterprise Culture, Engagement and Employee Experience team deliver programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Monitor employee engagement metrics and assist in analyzing feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with key team members to help align priorities and key activities
Assist in preparing reports on employee experience metrics, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements.
Assist in designing and implementing action plans based on feedback and data to continuously improve the employee experience.
Support the promotion of employee engagement through internal communication channels .
Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and transparent communication with employees regarding policies, programs, and initiatives.
